Schedule a telemedicine appointment
To make a virtual appointment with your doctor, call our main office number at (978) 955-9500, and one of our friendly staff will help you schedule an appointment.
Coming soon
You will be able to request a telemedicine appointment directly using the myTuftsMed portal. Your doctor will determine whether you meet the criteria to be seen by telemedicine appointment. Every patient’s health needs are unique, so doctors will determine this on a case-by-case basis. Many patients will qualify for a telehealth appointment, and if that is the case, you will be scheduled, just like being scheduled for an in-person appointment. You will receive a communication by email with instructions for how to join the visit electronically.
