About Tarina

Tarina Mansur launched her career as a physician assistant in 2001, working in family and emergency medicine, and has been part of our team at Mill City Medical since 2013. Here, she specializes in primary care and preventative medicine, with a special interest in lifestyle medicine. “I enjoy spending time with patients, getting to know people as a whole,” Tarina says. “I like working as a team with those in my care and helping them see that they have the power to lead happy, healthy lives. My favorite part about helping patients is when they see their successes and feel great!”

Tarina is also a student of the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, where the philosophy is, “Eat well, move more, love more, stress less.” She wholeheartedly embraces this good-for-you philosophy, too.

When it comes to greater Lowell, Tarina enjoys being part of this strong and diverse community. She not only lives in the greater Lowell area, but also patronizes many of its small businesses and volunteers with many of its local organizations. These include the Women Working Wonders Fund, where she has served as a trustee and past president, and the Lowell General Hospital Auxiliary, where she has also served as past president.

In her free time, Tarina enjoys spending time with her husband Dan. “During the summer, you’ll find us biking long distances as he trains year after year for the Pan-Mass Challenge; golfing; and spending time with family and friends,” she says. “We also love spending time in Nantucket and York, Maine.”

Tarina is great anytime I call, I get a call back, she always makes me feel comfortable during my visits.

Tarina is the best. She always takes me seriously, suggests ideas, answers questions. I have not received such attentiveness elsewhere, including from some at Mill City Med. She’s great.

I am very satisfied with the service I am now receiving. I know if I ever felt I needed anything more, if they couldn’t help me directly they would point me in the direction I would get the best help.
