Fulfilling careers for healthcare providers.

Discover your independence as a Mill City Primary Care Provider (PCP).

Build relationships with patients.

We believe, and studies confirm, patients with successful patient-physician connections experience better health outcomes, improved management of chronic conditions, lower healthcare costs, and increased patient satisfaction.  The Mill City Care Team Model allows our providers to build long-term relationships with their patients encouraging deeper trust and connection over time.

Build the practice you want to.

We encourage our providers to be themselves and realize their personal vision that brought them to patient care.  When primary care providers have the freedom to build or join a patient care team that reflects their values and goals, we find it creates a more fulfilling and satisfying work experience for the provider as well as a higher quality of care for patients.  Over time, we help each care team attract patient panels that align with their approach to healthcare. By being intentional in their choices and selecting team members who share their philosophy, our providers choose to work as part of a cohesive and effective team that supports the health and wellbeing of their patients.

Recognized leader in clinical excellence

Mill City Medical Group is consistently recognized for its leadership in clinical excellence. We believe a commitment to continuous improvement in patient-centered care and integration of up-to-date evidence-based medical practice in our clinical decision-making results in superior patient outcomes and peer recognition.

#1 in Patient Satisfaction

We believe excellence must extend beyond clinical care to the overall patient experience. This means that every staff member takes responsibility for the entirety of each patient’s care experience and it shows in our outstanding Net Promoter Score and positive patient reviews.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

As a Mill City primary care provider, it’s important to remember that you are not alone and can rely on your group for support. Collaboration and teamwork are crucial in primary care, and your colleagues can provide valuable insights, perspectives, and support when you need it. To avoid work overload, our group members help distribute the workload, so no one is working alone on challenging cases or taking on too many patients. Our collaborative care model instills a sense of teamwork and shared purpose that enhances job satisfaction.

Continuously learning.

Medicine is a rapidly evolving field, and primary care physicians must stay up to date with the latest research and best practices. Mill City is a place to continuously learn and improve your skills to be a source of intellectual stimulation within the practice and achieve professional fulfillment. We give each provider the freedom to explore their own areas of interest so they can bring unique skills and perspectives to the group.  By valuing and supporting the individual interests and skills of each physician, we are creating a group that is better equipped to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Work-life balance.

Work-life balance is important for overall health and wellbeing.  Primary care providers face significant demands on their time and energy, which can lead to burnout if they don’t have sufficient time for rest and self-care. With proper work-life balance providers can approach patient care with more energy, focus, and empathy, which results in better outcomes and a better patient experience.  Mill City offers its providers various packages that range from 24 to 36 clinical hours per week.

Physician-Owned Practice.

Our organization is led by physicians who have a deep understanding of the needs of both patients and providers. Leveraging that expertise, they have developed systems and processes that prioritize patient-centered care and provider autonomy and collaboration. By keeping patients and providers at the center of the healthcare system, we have created an environment that fosters high-quality patient care and attracts and retains top talent. As a result, our organization has achieved excellent patient outcomes and high provider job satisfaction, which we believe is at the core of our success.
