Dr. Megan Cardoso
About Megan
Dr. Cardoso completed her undergraduate and medical education at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She then moved to Boston, where she completed her pediatric residency and fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. Her clinical background includes academic and community hospitals as well as primary care. She has also held numerous leadership roles throughout her career within hospitals, clinical integrated networks, and professional organizations. Dr. Cardoso has been caring for patients in the Greater Lowell community for more than 10 years and is excited to continue serving patients at Mill City Medical. Inspired by her own experience as a cancer survivor, she is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes in treating the whole person—body, mind, and community. Her perspective as both a physician and a mother allows her to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while helping make life’s challenges a little easier. Outside of the office, Dr. Cardoso enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, leading her book club, coaching her daughters’ sports teams, and playing pickleball.
