SENIORS:

We accept Medicare with most secondary insurance supplements, including Medicare Advantage Plan, Tufts Medicare Preferred.

The only Medicare Advantage plan accepted at Mill City Medical is Tufts Medicare Preferred. For more information please visit www.THPMP.org.

 

NOTE: It is your responsibility to talk with your insurance carrier and verify that we are in-network providers with your plan. If you have an HMO, it is also your responsibility to make sure you have changed the name of your primary care doctor to the doctor you have chosen in our practice prior to your first appointment. This is very important for accurate billing practices. We appreciate payment of copays at the time of your office visit.

If you have an HMO benefit, we prefer that you allow us to coordinate your health care services within our local network as this allows us to create a seamless, high-quality and cost-efficient care plan for you. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO MAKING ANY SPECIALIST APPOINTMENTS.

 

Your insurance company requires that you bring your insurance card with you to each appointment and that you pay your copays, which are due at the time of service. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
