Current Guidelines:
If You Test Positive for COVID-19 (Isolate) regardless of your vaccination status.

Stay home for 5 days

If you have no symptoms or your symptoms have resolved after 5 days, you can leave your house

Continue to wear a tight fitting mask around others for days 6-10

If your fever has not resolved within 5 days, please call the office and we will note this in your record.
If You Were Exposed to Someone with COVID-19 and are fully vaccinated (you have been boosted OR you completed the series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine within the last 6 months OR you have completed the primary series of J&J vaccine within the last 2 months):

Wear a tight fitting mask around others for a total of 10 days

Test on day 5, if possible

If you develop symptoms, immediately get a test and stay home
If You Were Exposed to Someone with COVID-19 and are NOT fully vaccinated:

Stay home for at least 5 days

Wear a tight fitting mask around others for a total of 10 days
