COVID-19 General Information
Mill City Medical continues to make the health and safety of our patients and staff our top priority:

Our office undergoes professional cleaning services on a daily basis. Additionally, each exam room is thoroughly cleaned between every patient.

Prior to an appointment, every patient will receive an email with all of the details for that visit as well as links to complete paperwork before coming into the office. We ask that patients:
1) confirm your appointment via our automated Appointment Reminder System (either by phone or email),
2) complete all paperwork and
3) submit your copay online prior to leaving home.

A typical visit now goes as follows:

You will receive a reminder notification of your appointment

When you arrive at the office, please make sure you are wearing a mask

You can use the self check in kiosk

Use hand sanitizer

Complete your check in at the front desk as needed

Wait in the waiting room (maintain proper distancing)

Finally, you will be taken in for your visit

If you have any of the following symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or body aches ) or may have been exposed to a person with either proven or suspected Influenza or COVID-19 virus, please call 978-955-9500 or send a portal message before visiting our office. You can also always book a televisit appointment directly on our website with one of our providers. During this visit we will determine if you need flu, strep or COVID-19 testing, treatment or referral to a hospital, and provide letters needed for work or school.
